Are the heads Reusable:

No, each sterile head in the Micro Infusion Kit is designed for single use only. Reusing heads is not recommended, as it can compromise sterility and reduce the effectiveness of the treatment.

After each session, it is advised to dispose of the used head properly to maintain optimal hygiene and treatment results.

How does Micro Needling infusion work:

How often should I use it?

We recommend using it once every 10 days. For sensitive skin, it can be extended to once every 10–14 days. Allow sufficient time for skin recovery between sessions - avoid frequent consecutive use.

How should I care for my skin after use?

You may apply gentle skincare products such as creams formulated with hyaluronic acid the evening after using the Micro Infusion Kit to help hydrate and soothe the skin, while enhancing the results of your treatment.

To minimise the risk of irritation, avoid retinol and other potent active ingredients, including glycolic acid and salicylic acid, immediately after use. Allow your skin time to recover by waiting at least 24 to 48 hours before reintroducing stronger actives into your routine.

Always apply a broad-spectrum SPF during the day to protect your skin, as it may be more sensitive following treatment. For best results, be sure to follow the complete aftercare instructions provided.

Can I use LED with micro infusion kit?

Yes, the Micro Infusion Kit can be combined with other skincare technologies, such as red light therapy however avoid the use of Blue light. However, we recommend allowing your skin to rest for at least two nights after using the kit before incorporating these treatments. This recovery period helps your skin settle properly and ensures the best possible results and overall experience.

Is it suitable for sensitive or acne-prone skin?

Those with sensitive skin should perform a patch test behind the ear or on a small area before full use and opt for a shorter needle length.

If you have any skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, or dermatitis, use is not recommended. Avoid treating areas with active breakouts or severe inflammation, as this may worsen the condition.

What is the downtime?

Expected: Redness (like sunburn), mild swelling, tightness, or pinpoint bleeding (0.5mm+ needles). Duration: 24-48 hours (up to 72 hours for deeper treatments).
