Appointment and Booking Policy
All guests are encouraged to arrive at the salon five to ten minutes prior to their appointment. We want you to sit back, enjoy the surrounds and begin unwinding with a complimentary herbal tea. If you’re running late, please let us know with as much notice as possible. If you’re late, your time may be shortened to take into consideration our next guest.
A courtesy reminder email or text will be sent 72 hours prior to your appointment. Please reply ‘Yes’ to confirm or call us if you need to change your appointment time. We do kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel an appointment. If you do not confirm and we’re unable to get hold of you, your booking will not be secured and may be made available for the next person on our waiting list.
Appointments may need to be secured with credit card details when booking online – these deposits are non-refundable. We have a cancellation policy of a minimum 48 hours’ notice, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee may be applied.
